2024 Reflection
As we approach Christmas and the New Year, we want to take a moment to reflect on 2024. We have seen God do amazing things on our campus and through our church - in this city and around the world.
- 600+ meals were provided through our Backpack Buddy program - a program to help students in our community who experience food insecurity.
- 350+ kids can attend school through the Child Sponsorship Program with our Mission partners in Haiti, Kenya, and Myanmar.
- 556 people in our community heard about Jesus’ love and “Celebrated the Good News” at VBS this summer.
- 25 youth and 20 adults went on a life-changing mission trip to Kenya with our ministry partner, Missions of Hope International.
- 377 people displayed Christ-Like Love and served our community on Operation InAsMuch Blitz Day.
- 4 different teams were sent on various mission trips throughout the US.
- 71 people joined our Snyder Family.
- 25 (and counting) people made the decision to follow Jesus and were Baptized.
Thank you to everyone who has served, given, invited a friend, or participated on a Sunday morning. We are truly blessed to be able to serve and work alongside you in building His Kingdom. “For truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it” (Matthew 13:17).
We hope 2024 was a year of growth as we Discovered God, Developed Faith, and Displayed Christ-Like Love in our attitudes and actions. This holiday season, remember II Thessalonians 3:16, “Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.”
Merry Christmas,
Snyder Staff
