About Snyder Kids

Snyder Kids exists to help kids Discover God and Develop Faith.

At Snyder Kids, our mission is to lead kids to discover who God is and develop a faith they can carry with them for life. Every Sunday, kids are invited into a fun, safe, and engaging environment where they explore God’s truths through biblically grounded lessons designed just for them.

During worship services, our 1st - 5th graders attend worship with their families for one hour and spend one hour growing in community through their age-specific Sunday School Group from 9:45am - 10:45am.

At Snyder, we are committed to walking alongside families - we're here to partner with you as you lead your children to know, love, and follow Jesus.

Sundays with Snyder Kids

Sunday School groups help kids discover who God is through age-appropriate Bible stories and engaging learning experiences to help build a lasting faith. Our goal is for every child to experience God’s love and be personally known by their leaders and peers.

Join us on Sunday Mornings from 9:45am - 10:45am on the 2nd Floor in the Kid's wing. See our Map
Sunday School groups allow kids to be engaged in different Bible stories alongside kids in their age group within a small group setting. This includes:
  • Sharing about their week.
  • Learning applications from the Bible Lesson
  • Discussing real-life experiences
  • Interacting with a group of peers.
  • Participating in a variety of activities that appeal to different learning styles.

Sunday Nights with Snyder Kids

Launchpad is an interactive time that gives kids an age-appropriate setting to “Blast-Off” in their understanding of Jesus and the many Truths in God’s Word.

Our "Mission" is to engage kids with the Gospel in as many ways as possible; to bring the Bible to life, and to open their eyes and heart to see how powerful God's Word is right where they live every day! We want to create a LaunchPad for every child to "Leap Full-force" into what God has promised and planned for them!

Launchpad resumes Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 4:30 - 6pm in the Chapel!

How does it work?

Kids rotate through three exciting stations—Bible, Music, and Games—all designed to connect and reinforce each week’s biblical truth, helping them grow closer to God and deeper in their faith.

We also host Mission Nights, where kids learn about real ways they can serve others and share the Gospel right here in our community!

Snyder Kids Music Opportunities

Kid's Choir

Our Kid's Choir practices during Launchpad on Sundays. They perform twice a year on Sunday mornings, and 2nd-5th graders are invited to participate in the Singing Christmas Tree!

Laudate Ensembles

We offer a wide variety of musical instruments that help kids learn, grow, and praise the Lord through music! Music enrichment opportunities are available for all ages and skill levels. Laudate meets Wednesdays during the school year and performs during the Singing Christmas Tree and twice a year on Sunday mornings.

Singing Christmas Tree

The Singing Christmas Tree is one of Snyder's long-standing traditions where all of our music groups come together to put on a Christmas Show for the community. Kids practice their music during Launchpad and perform in the Tree December 4 - 7, 2025.

Kid's Baptism

Baptism is a public celebration of your child’s decision to follow Jesus. It’s a way for them to show others that they believe in Him and want to live for Him! As your child expresses their desire to follow Christ and be baptized, please contact Jen Rabon to set up a family meeting.
