University Scholarship Opportunity
Snyder has ten scholarship funds for college students: Carolyn Riddle Armstrong & Family Fund, John J. Cook Fund, Clara A. Crocker Memorial Fund, Edna W. & Wilbur T. Edwards Fund, Wayne & Jean Ham Fund, The Catherine Lord Fund, Bob & Sylvia Haynes Music Fund, Stephen & Lee Horne Fund, Owen & Billie Widman Fund, and Murray & Nancy Duggins Fund.
In order to be considered, an application form is required. Applications are available for current seniors and college students. Forms may be downloaded using the link below, found in the main office, and can be emailed to you. The application deadline for the 2025-26 school year is February 28, 2025. With a completed application, we will make sure you are considered for each of the funds you may be eligible for. Applications should be submitted to Geron Gambill, Church Administrator, via email, delivered by mail to the church, or delivered in person.
There is also a scholarship to Campbell University with preference given to Snyder students. Contact them directly for details.
There are scholarships available to Baptist Students granted through the North Carolina Baptist Foundation. Their new name is “Provision”. Go to Provision.org for more information.
