We will be having a "fireside chat" with LTG Tony Hale and Stacey Hale as they discuss their 40-year journey in the military and their best practices to balance work, life, and the military using faith-based techniques that have proven to work for their family.

Lieutenant General Anthony R. "Tony" Hale

Lieutenant General Anthony R. “Tony” Hale became the US Army’s 48th Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, G-2 in January 2024. He is the Senior advisor to the Secretary of the Army and Chief of Staff of the Army for all aspects of Intelligence, Counterintelligence and Security, and responsible for the training, equipping, policy and oversight of an Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise of more than 60,000 Soldiers and civilians.
Stacey Hale
Ms. Hale has dedicated her life to helping others and has for the past 25 years served as a Department of the Army (DA) Civilian providing services to Soldiers and their Families. Prior to becoming a civil servant, Ms. Hale held both clinical and social service management positions with the U.S. Departments of Education and Housing and Urban Development as a clinical social worker, specializing in substance abuse prevention and intervention.
Ms. Hale currently serves as the Director of Operations and Strategic Plans for the HQDA, DCS G-9, Directorate of Prevention, Readiness and Resilience (DPRR), Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program.
